Delivery in the Baltics is done with Omniva or DPD parcel terminals.
The price of the parcel service depends on the size and quantity of the purchased products, which will appear when paying for the order. Later, you will receive a text message on the phone that the parcel has been delivered to the receiving parcel specified by you.
Delivery outside the Baltics will be sent by Latvian Post office.
Unless otherwise stated, the product is usually shipped within 3 working days after payment of the purchase.

The goods can be returned within 14 days after receipt of the shipment. You can exchange your purchase for another product for the same price or request a refund. The returned or exchanged item must be in the same condition, that is, in the original packaging and with the markings removed. It is allowed to change the product once. The customer covers all costs related to the return or exchange of the product.

We are not responsible for any damage or lost shipments that occur when the goods are returned. If you have not contacted us before returning the product, there is a risk of not receiving the returned product or money.
Promotional products are not subject to a money back policy, unless the product is found to be defective.
If you have received a defective product, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Indicate the damage in the message, the order number and attach a picture showing the defect. We will either refund your purchase or send you a new product free of charge.

How long does it take to deliver goods on average?
Omniva and DPD – within Latvia, shipments are usually delivered within 2-4 days from the moment of dispatch. Delivery to Estonia, Lithuania usually takes about 3-5 days. Please note that due to the limitations of the COVID-19 pandemic, parcel terminals may be busier and delivery may be delayed.
The legislation of the Republic of Latvia stipulates that the owner of the online store must reserve the terms of delivery and return of goods, as well as the right of withdrawal. Such a reservation is called a distance contract (Cabinet of Ministers regulations).
Sandra Paegle, the seller of the goods offered in this Online Store Sandrasmagic, hereinafter referred to as the Seller, and the person placing the order, hereinafter referred to as the Buyer, on the other hand, enter into the following Agreement:

Delivery and payment procedure
The buyer orders goods through this website, indicating the type and quantity of goods to be ordered. The Buyer has the opportunity to pay for the product using the payment tools built into the Internet store or by paying the invoice prepared by the Seller and sent to the Buyer by e-mail in accordance with the order. The invoice is prepared electronically and is valid without a signature
The seller ensures the dispatch of the goods within 3 working days from the receipt of payment for the goods.
Right of withdrawal
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the Product within 14 calendar days from the moment of receipt of the Product by sending the Seller a letter of withdrawal. The Seller sends the withdrawal letter form to the Buyer by e-mail upon the Buyer’s request.
The Buyer is obliged to return the goods to the Seller within 7 days after sending the letter of withdrawal. All expenses that will be incurred in connection with the return of the goods to the Seller shall be borne by the Buyer.
The buyer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal if:
- the ordered goods cannot be returned according to their nature – there are visible signs of use or the goods are damaged,
- the ordered goods are made directly to the Buyer by individual order.
- Section 12, Paragraph six of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia stipulates that “the consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the product during the period of exercising the right of withdrawal”. The Seller reserves the right to refuse the Buyer the right of withdrawal or withhold compensation in case of damage to the product, negligent handling of the product during use or non-compliance with the instructions, if the original packaging of the product is lost or its packaging is significantly damaged.
By entering the necessary information when placing an order, the Buyer confirms that he has read and agrees that the data provided by him is used so that the Seller can accept the Buyer’s order and deliver goods in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Latvia. By entering the information, the Buyer agrees that notifications related to the processing of the Buyer’s order will be sent to the specified e-mail.
